Fascinating apartment to which one gains access from one of the courtyards of the hamlet. Several steps lead to a beautiful living area graced by an internal balcony made possible due to the great high ceilings. In the living room area there is a large pull out couch, a pleasant kitchen area complete with all cooking utensils, and a fireplace.On this level we find a beautiful master bedroom complete with a loft area and single bed, reachable by way of a wood and iron staircase. Next to the bedroom, there is the main bathroom with shower. Arriving at the loft level for which the apartment is named one enters onto the balcony to enjoy the view of the spaces below. Here has been created another bedroom with two single beds (or one queen upon request)…in tuscan the “attic below the roof.” The second bathroom to serve this bedroom, complete with shower and bidet, is located at the end of the balcony.A private outside area allows for eating and relaxing while cradled by the sounds of the countryside.
