CONFORMITY TO THE NORMS ANTICONTAGION

Like other years we have worked to be ready to welcome you and help make your vacation stay with us memorable. In addition to this we have adopted the appropriate measures for the containment of COVID-19, also with the use of special cleaning devices, adhering to the protocol as handed down by the Council of Ministers and the Regione Toscana. Our standards are thus in line with the latest research and recommendations of the World Health Organization and in the event of new measures will be punctually updated in order to make safe both your vacation and our work.

RESTAURANT

As regards the services offered by our restaurant “La Taverna del Romitorio,” we inform you that all the spaces are sanitized and organized with your health concerns in mind. Breakfast and/or dinner service is guaranteed (with proper distancing and other required measures), with, as an alternative, the possibility of delivery to the apartment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In these times we believe strongly in giving our guests every possible manner of guarantee and security regarding their booking, and as a result we have made important changes in our cancellation policy:
For this tourist season it will be possible to cancel bookings free of charge until 3 days before the arrival date. Cancellations between 0 and 3 days prior to arrival will be considered a no-show and will be charged full price.

We do everything possible to keep our information updated although in these trying times it is not so easy. Send us an email and we will respond quickly to any doubt or question you might have, no matter how strange.
