Inside the property, at our guests disposal: large common room with wireless internet connection, terrace with a panoramic view, large green areas, swimming pool (8x16), children’s playground, bowling green, mountain bikes.


The swimming pool, an amusement and relaxation place is set in a unique landscape, at the borders of the wood and in a dominant position in comparison to the huge vineyards of the nearby farm.

The opening of the pool is expected around 15th April and the closing around 10th October. The dates may vary depending on weather conditions.

The surrounding environment, rich in woods and cypress groves, invites to relaxing walks to the discovery of the most suggestive corners of the area.

Every Wednesday afternoon, in our large terrace with panoramic view, a well-known wine bar offers the guests a free tasting of fine wines and aromatic vinegar: an amusing way to know and to appreciate the area of the Chianti Classico and the lands of Montalcino, Montepulciano and San Gimignano, through their more representative wines. Pietro’s availability and competence will make your experience pleasant and fascinating.

Sight, sense of smell, taste - starting from the senses you learn how to taste and to appreciate the wine.

The wine tasting of the Romitorio is a simple adventure that brings the guest to deepen the interest for this famous “nectar” and its magic history.
