Rental price includes: water, electricity, gas, kitchen equipment, bed and bath linen, final cleaning (on condition that the apartment has to be left free of rubbish and in a decent hygienic condition), heating (available(from 31st March to 05th May and from 22nd September to 03rd November), wireless connection in the common area (using your own laptop)
On request: baby cot and highchair, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, mountain bikes.
Security deposit: € 150,00 upon check-in.
Extras upon request:
- Extra heating: € 15,00 per day (from 05th May to 22nd September)
- Extra cleaning: 2 room apart. € 30,00 - 3 room apart. € 35,00 - 4 room apart. € 40,00
- Extra bath and bed linen change:
- complete per person € 12,00

- Swimming-pool towel hire: € 6,00
- Laptop hire: € 4,00/hour (rounded to the next greater hour)

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more before the start of the rental period: 15% of the total amount.
From 29 to 10 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount.
In the last 9 days and no-show: 100%.
